Zehr Center for Orthopaedics participates with the following health insurance plans. Covered procedures vary with each insurance company.
Patients are responsible for deductibles, co-payments and remaining balances.

Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, money orders, debit cards, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Payment at Time of Service
If you do not have medical insurance or are involved in a liability case, payment in full is expected at the time of service. We do not bill attorneys. Payment plans are available upon request. Click on PDF below for our Financial Policy.
